Amapiano has grown to become one of South Africa’s biggest genres and is raking in a massive amount of streams per month across a number of digital streaming platforms. Being as successful as he currently is in SA Hip Hop, it seems Big Xhosa is trying out a new sound.

Big Xhosa went viral after he released a track dissing most of the SA Hip Hop community in a track he titled NINYILE. Since then, the rapper has seen success in his other music videos too. The rapper recently took to twitter to promote his latest feature on an amapiano track.

The talented rapper lays some bars on a track from local artist HKS. In his tweet he wrote, “They featured uBig Xhosa on Amapiano“.

The title of the song is Boyz, Boyza, Boyzest.

Big Xhosa was recently commended by the SA Hip Hop community for featuring his alter ego SOS on his cover of Drake’s Lemon Pepper Freestyle. The rapper trended on twitter and thanked his fans for their continuous support of his music. The rapper also revealed that he had been approached by a few record labels which he turned down and said that he will remain independent for the time being.

Big Xhosa is soon to release a collaborative track with iFani and the two have been excited about the drop. In anticipation for the release, iFani left some kind words for Big Xhosa writing that he hopes the young rapper doesn’t have the downfall that he had in his career. He wants only the best for the young rapper in his future career. Big Xhosa is set to release an album in 2021 but has not let slip of any release dates as of yet.

Fans are excited to see what he brings to the table on his debut album.
