Big Xhosa On Whether He’ll Consider Signing With Any Labels. Big Xhosa has had all eyes on him with his latest YouTube video covering Drake’s Lemon Pepper Freestyle. Fans of SA Hip Hop applauded the rapper for featuring himself on his own song and even received the attention of some labels.

Big Xhosa Says He's Quitting Music And Has Found His True Calling

After his Lemon Pepper Freestyle was well received by fans of the genre, Big Xhosa thanked everyone for their continuous support of his music. The rapper revealed that he has had some offers from some record labels which he didn’t name. He tweeted that he turned down the labels that approached him and thanked them for their offers.

I’m not signing with any label. Thank you for the offers though” He wrote.

Fans could only speculate about which record labels approached Big Xhosa with one tweep guessing that an offer was received by Ambitiouz Entertainment.

Other fans of his suggested that he takes a record deal and others stood with him saying he should keep his independence.

One fan wrote, “Nothing wrong with Signing a deal, the problem starts when they own everything you associated with (A 360 DEAL). BEING INDEPENDENT IS NOT FOR EVERYONE. NOT ALL INDIE ARTISTS WILL MAKE IT,,SOME OF YOU NEED TO BE DIRECTED COS YOU LACK DESCIPLINE.

Big Xhosa is soon to release a track with SAMA award winning rapper iFani and a music video. The two are a part of a small group of Xhosa rappers in South Africa and iFani wished that Big Xhosa all the success he had and more. Big Xhosa has also caught the attention of award winning producer Makwa who produced his latest single iLanga.
