Big Xhosa took to Twitter to question why SA Hip Hop OGs never raved about him and his music like other young artists have. He continued saying that he finds it confusing because maybe they think he does Maskandi instead of Hip Hop.

Sometimes I ask myself why your so called SA Hip Hop OG’s never co-sign me or talk about me like they do with all other new kids.. It’s confusing or maybe according to them I do Maskandi not Hip Hop But it’s fine I’ll be bigger than all of them.“ He wrote.

Rashid Kay responded to Big Xhosa’s tweet saying that he did give the rapper a co-sign. In Rashid Kay’s previous tweet he complimented Big Xhosa on his marketing saying that he bullied his way into the industry. This was after Big Xhosa released a unique cover of Drake’s Lemon Pepper Freestyle where he featured himself.

Big Xhosa caught iFani’s attention and the two collaborated on a track titled iKuku Endala. The two also shot the music video for the single which is already been viewed over 52 000 times.

No release date has been announced yet for his debut but fans are excited to see what’s next for Big Xhosa after making a notable entrance into the industry.
