Big Xhosa Responds To Criticism About The Subject Matter Of His Latest Single ‘iKuku Endala’
Big Xhosa Responds To Criticism About The Subject Matter Of His Latest Single ‘iKuku Endala’. Big Xhosa has been on everybody’s lips since his dramatic entry into SA Hip Hop. Since then he has grown his fan base exponentially and his fans are always waiting for his next drop.
Big Xhosa recently released a single featuring SAMA award winning iFani that left people with some questions about why he chose to rap about what some felt was a sensitive topic. After some tweeps didn’t vibe to the song as much and gave the song backlash, he responded to one particular tweet where someone had mentioned that they were feeling Big Xhosa until he dropped iKuku Endala.
The rapper responded to the tweet questioning why it is acceptable for a rapper like Lil Wayne to title a song P*ssy Money Weed and have other rappers also rap about the topic, why is it questionable when he does it too.
“Lol Lil Wayne rapped about “Pussy Money Weed” and so many others rapped about pussy and nobody said anything but as soon I sing about iKuku it’s a problem. Andizova ngani mna!” He wrote.
He further mentioned that he’ll never be mad at someone for saying his song is wack but he’ll keep making music for as long as he can and he won’t entertain any hate against him.
“I will never be mad at someone saying my song is wack or they don’t feel it. Plus if what I’m creating ain’t for u then move on to the next artist. But no one will ever stop me, I’m unstoppable, still gonna shine way more than this. U can hate me all you like I don’t care!“.
On the latest episode of Podcast And Chill, Sol Phenduka said that he found the song ‘trash’. He continued to say that he found the title disgusting.
