Black Twitter Raises Their Eyebrows At AKA’s Song Choice On His Latest Instagram Story. AKA‘s life turned upside down when his fiancée Anele “Nellie” Tembe fell to her death at a popular hotel in Cape Town. He has made a return to Instagram and has even showed off his brand new puppy but some were left confused at one of the posts the rapper made.
Making his return to social media known, AKA has been posting a series of Insta stories, showing off his new hairstyle and his puppy King Lou The 13th Forbes. The rapper had a few fans confused with one video in his Insta stories where he is smoking a cigarette in a field of grass. Many were confused at AKA’s choice of song for the story.
AKA chose to use Travis Scott’s Piss On Your Grave featuring Kanye West as one of a few songs on the story that left Black Twitter questioning why he would choose that specific song.
One tweep said AKA’s song choice was cringe with another saying that he wasn’t thinking straight when he made the post.
With the use of a meme, one tweep said the rapper was digging a hole for himself with the post whilst another wrote, “Kiernan is making it hard for his defenders to stand for him“.
This is how other tweeps reacted to the post:
In his sit down interview with eNCA reporter Thembekile Mrototo, AKA was asked a series of questions about his relationship with Anele which he described as passionate. He left South Africans wondering what the true nature of their relationship was after photos and videos leaked of their whirlwind of a relationship and some questioning if the rapper was abusive towards her. He told Thembekile that he had never hit Anele even though the images told a different story.
