Quavo Reacts To Migos Latest Album Topping Charts In South Africa. Muti award winning Hip Hop group Migos has become one of the most prominent music groups across the globe. Migos’ Culture and Culture II had everybody talking as they rose to the top of the charts soon after their release.
The Bad & Boujee hitmakers recently released Culture III. The 19 track album features the likes of Drake, Pop Smoke, Future, Juice WRLD and Cardi B. South Africa raved about the release with some mentioning that they had been waiting for a new Migos release for some time now.
Quavo took to his Twitter to celebrate two tracks from the album securing the top two spots on the Apple Music Global charts. A fan of Migos responded to Quavo’s tweet with a screenshot of how the charts Rap/Hip-Hop charts are looking in South Africa with eleven songs topping the charts. The fan commended the group for killing the game in SA.
Quavo responded to the fan mentioning that he can’t wait to come back again saying they miss the country.
“SOUTH AFRICA CANT WAIT TO COME BACK!!!! Y’all Kno We Miss Y’all Gang“.
Migos visited South Africa through Mabala Noise in 2017 and performed in Durban and Johannesburg. Fans of the rap trio were unhappy with their performance during the Johannesburg leg of their Culture tour when their performance was delayed by three hours. Some fans were convinced that Migos might be a no show at their own concert but eventually performed much later than expected.
There was a stellar list of SA rappers that were due to open for Migos but according to news reports some of them were a no show. The lines up included Nasty C, AKA, Riky Rick, and Gigi Lamayne. Other cts included L’vovo, DJ Tira and Duboiz.
