Charts Africa recently released the latest Hip Hop charts for the African continent and Nasty C is the only South African rapper that appears on the charts. Not one, but two of the award winning rapper’s singles make the charts at numbers three and five.
Nasty C’s recently released single Best I Ever Had made number three on the charts and his track Steve Biko made number five. Steve Biko is a track from Nasty C’s Zulu Man With Some Power album and has been praised as one of the stand out tracks on the album.
Other African giants that feature alongside Nasty C on the charts are Sarkodie, Blaq Bonez, Kwesi Arthur, and Khaligraph Jones.
Nasty C has some big things lined up for 2021 as he gears up to release a collaborative mixtape with DJ WhooKid. The Black & White rapper recently visited the United States where he was in studio with Zaytoven, Jeezy and also slid in a feature on Dave East’s upcoming song with fans are extremely excited for.
No release dates have been announced yet for his upcoming music, but he has promised that there will be enough music released for fans to enjoy. Nasty’s last album, Zulu Man With Some Power received praise from his fans all over the world but some industry giants in South Africa felt that the album wasn’t ‘Zulu’ enough. Nasty shrugged off the negative comments about his album and continued grinding.
