K.O Details How He Met Zingah, Kid X And AB Crazy! A lot has happened with K.O CashTime with many version of how the groups came about and crumbled but never have we heard it from Mr CashTime himself. K.O recently detailed how he met and singed Zingah, Kid X and AB Crazy.

K.O revealed that he first met Zingah at Sizwe and Scoop’s YFM show and he liked the way Zingah, Smashis then was sounding and his confidence. “…Gave him my number, we started chatting, he pulled up to the crib and I’m like, ‘I’m thinking of building a whole new movement but I don’t really have my ear out there in the streets like that , you probably know some homies you think we can tap into and he’s like ‘I know this dude called Kid X and two days later he pulled up with him and Kid X was sounding crazy…signed on the spot,” K.O explained.

After leaving Cashtime, Zingah had an interview with Hype Magazine and told them that nothing had changed on his side and he still had love and respect for K.O and Ma-E.

On AB Crazy, K.O revealed that he met him through a producer at a studio they were recording at, who was working on AB Crazy’s music. The Lucky Star rapper says he liked AB’s music, got his number and that’s how he joined CashTime. “Unfortunately, a year later,AB Crazy felt like he wasn’t getting enough shine among the group so he felt like he wanted to go do his thing and I’m like ‘continue with that my dogg,” K.O explained.

A few years back AB Crazy told TshisaLIVE about his departure from CashTime saying, “Before I left Cashtime‚ I wanted to release my own mixtape under Cashtime but featuring the artists on the label. But the guys were not ready for it. I told them I was going to drop an album‚ whether it was with them or not. In the years after I left you saw more artists doing their own things‚ with no real group vibe. I saw it coming.”
