Cassper Nyovest is on a roll when it comes to making business moves, the popular rapper has revealed that not only is he the host of season two of The Braai Show, he also has another title on the show. The rapper took to Twitter and responded to a few questions his fans had surrounding his new venture and all the drama around The Braai Show.
A tweep asked Cassper, is it his own production or is it just a feature for the season, on The Braai Show. The rapper let the tweep know, that he is an executive producer on the show. “I’m an executive producer on the show! Had to add my vibe you know!!! The done Billiato!!! #TheBraaiShowWithCass”.
Another tweep said to Cassper that he would be the rapper’s lawyer if he gets sued, as there is currently a legal battle going on between AKA and Cake Media, the production company behind the show. Cassper told the tweep, that he doesn’t need a lawyer, as he is not attached to anything when it comes to the show. The rapper in his response shared that he finds it funny to see people arguing over something that has already been done, as the show has already been shot and he has been paid already.
“I don’t need a lawyer. I am in no way attached to anything here. I got paid for a service. I delivered a service and I damn well enjoyed shooting #TheBraaiShowWithCass. It is shot already, I got paid already. It’s funny looking at people arguing about something that’s done,” tweeted the rapper.
The rapper also shared his thoughts on the legal matter surrounding the show, after a tweep said “but aren’t they suing SABC?” In his response, Cassper said “Lol.. Nawe you can sue me tomorrow for answering ur tweet & make up the amount that u think I owe u and make headlines. Until you win the case in court, o bua Moya fela. People are just making senseless noise. Nothing is being stopped everything is still going as planned. Why?”
According to Cassper #TheBraaiShow, with Cassper will still be debuting on Mzansi screens on September 8t on SABC 1. The rapper even has a prediction of what will happen when the show airs. “Let me tell you something #TheBraaiShowWithCass is gonna start playing September 8th on Sabc 1, there will be noise for 2 weeks from his fans saying I suck, then the show is gonna blow up and ima cash out. If he owns it he woulda stopped the show from airing. It’s not happening.”
