Yanga Chief Responds To Fan Asking Whether Cassper Will Be Part Of His ‘Famous Friends’ Event. Rapper Yanga Cheif had the SA Hip Hop streets going crazy when he created an event dedicated to celebrating SA Hip Hop music. The event called Famous Friends was hosted a few weeks back and invites were exclusively for the hitmakers of SA Hip Hop. Fans of the genre were left touched that they were left out of the guest list. However, Yanga has now opened up the guest list to include fans of SA Hip Hop.

The award-winning rapper is currently busy planning his next Famous Friends event and took to his Instagram stories to asks his fans and followers for input, as to what they would like to see at the next event. “What do y’all wanna see at the next FamousFriends event??” asked Yanga. Fans responded to Yanga’s Q&A on his Instagram stories and they did not hold back, with their opinions. One fan responded and made their request known as to who they would like to be at the event.

The fan responded to Yanga and wrote, “We want Cassper to be invited”. Cassper did not attend the Famous Friends event. It is unclear if the rapper had received an invite to attend the party which was attended by the likes of Kwesta, Rouge, AKA and Nadia Nakai. The rapper was also out of the country when the event was held, so it is possible that even if he did receive the invitation he would have been unable to attend the event. Yanga in his response to the fan said that Cassper would definitely be invited. “For sure!” responded Yanga.

Yanga’s response may come as a shock for a few, especially considering how close Yanga is with rapper AKA. Not only have AKA and Yanga collaborated on music, but the two also have a friendship outside of the music. Yanga and AKA’s friendship would have some fans and critics thinking Cassper would not score an invite to the event. Especially since Cassper and AKA have a long-running beef that has no end in sight. However, it seems Famous Friends is bigger than the beef.

Famous Friends is after all about uniting SA Hip Hop artists and celebrating the music that has been created especially in the midst of all the criticism the genre has received. Those who attended the event had nothing but great things to say about Yanga’s initiative and it seems fans are super excited about the next Famous Friends especially since they will now have the opportunity to attend.
