Did Emtee Ghost Makwa On Their Scheduled Studio Session? There is no doubt that the award winning producer Makwa has worked wonders with prominent SA Hip hop artists. Recently the producer was gifted his plaque for the song “MtanoMuntu” that he worked with Kid X. Makwa is one of the producers that is open to work with any hip hop artist in the game and its not surprising that he has shown concerns over Emtee looking for someone to record him.
The producer has responded to Emtee’s tweet that the hip hop rapper has been going around looking for someone to record him. “Riding round looking for a studio n somebody to record me.” Makwa replied to The Hustler’s tweet showing much concern about Emtee’s situation.
Are these two planning on working on something together? Only time will tell because from Makwa’s tweet clearly indicated that he is ready to work with the Roll Up hitmaker. “We were supposed to record yesterday what happened? I called you.” Makwa tweeted responding to Emtee.
There were some comments in these tweets that have raised eyebrows, with some claiming that Emtee might not be interested in working with Makwa. But there is nothing tangible to those claims as both did not respond any further.
The artistic producer (Makwa) is well-known for producing songs for well-known performers from all around the country, including AKA. He is a multi-award-winning producer and one of South Africa’s top sound engineers. Now that he might be planning to work with Emtee, we might expect another banger from the two figures in the SA hip hop game.
