Blxckie Explains How He Got Two Features With AKA On Mass Country Album. Blxckie has been deemed to be the cheat code when it comes to hopping on other artists’ tracks. The rapper is coming out from a successful collaboration with K.O. on Sete and seeing him on AKA’s Mass Country album did not come as a surprise for many.

In an album that consists of a slew of big-name artists, Blxckie was the only one who managed to secure two features with AKA. Speaking during an interview with Zingah on Chopping It With Bhuda T Podcast, Somnyama explained how he managed to work with Kiernan on two songs.

Responding to whether it was his first time to work with AKA, Blxckie said; “It was actually the second time in studio,” he said. “So the thing with Kiernan is like, I think he’d only want to hit me up like when he’s sure you know what I mean. After the first session, we did one song and then like we were just like rambling other songs.”

Bxlckie said that he and AKA never spent a lot of time together and that they only met during gigs. The Durban rapper went on to say that he approached AKA for another feature after hearing that he was completing up the album.

“We didn’t speak for a long time, I just saw him at like shows and stuff like that, then I saw that he was wrapping up the album then I was like, you got to have the hottest,” Blxckie said.

Taking to Twitter, Blxckie bragged about how he managed to deliver his hook on Dangerous in a space of 40 minutes. “if you look closely, you can see that the ‘dangerous’ hook was recorded in about 40mins,” Blxckie tweeted.
