MacG set the trends when she asked a question that was believed to be uncomfortable to Ari Lennox. “Is someone f*** on you right now?” MacG questioned emphatically in the contentious interview, and this is when the god chimed in with his response.

Charlamagne Tha god who also carries the same traits as MacG built a fanbase for being a loud and uncensored media personality shared his thoughts on MacG’s remarks on Ari Lennox. During a Rumour Report segment with Co-host Angela Yea Charlamagne was the first to express his opinion on the subject.

“I was one of those young boys like that, so, I would rather counsel the man instead of cancelling him, and this is a teachable moment for young media personalities… Let me be the first to tell you, it’s not what you say, but how you say it,” Charlamagne said.

The radio presenter admitted that if the mention in question is from a song by an artist, it is acceptable. He further indicated that Podcaster MacG lacked the chemistry and the finesse to obtain Lennox sensitive information. Ari Lennox strongly disagrees, and, given the character of the online hecklers she’s encountered, she’s placed most of the blame directly on Dreamville for failing to perform enough due research to know what she was getting herself into when she agreed to do the interview.
