Taking to Twitter, DJ Zan-D shared an insightful idea on how he thinks SA rappers should celebrate Hip Hop’s 50th Anniversary. The famed Hip hop DJ stated that old-school SA rappers must do some shows to revive the classic days. “Hip Hop is 50 Years this year. We need all the old skool SA rappers to do some shows… Bring back the classics.” Tweeted DJ Zan-D.

SA hip-hop has been graced with a slew of the best rappers, dead or alive and promoters of the game. Despite the current dominance of amapiano, SA hip hop’s longevity will never be overlooked as it has dominated the charts for over a decade.
