Rashid Kay Reveals A Damning Comparison Between “Composure” And “Dust2Dust”
Rashid Kay Reveals A Damning Comparison Between “Composure” And “Dust2Dust”. It is not always the case that the first to strike gets the win. Years of rappers’ clapback songs destroying diss records from the adversaries they’re replying to have taught the rap world this lesson. If you ever needed confirmation that criticizing someone in the hip-hop scene will not be taken lightly, Cassper Nyovest and AKA’s beef is a very clear example.
What started as a tweet, ignited the biggest beef in SA hip hop. AKA and Cassper Nyovest have been on loggerheads for quite sometime in the rap game grabbing most of the headlines in the Mzansi entertainment and showbiz.
The two Mzansi prominent rappers have had their fair share of disputes to which they have managed to settle via some attention grabbing hip hop diss tracks. The tracks “Composure” and “Dust2Dust” propelled the never-ending debate on which one was the best diss track.
A Twitter user posted on the TL accusing Rashid Kay of lying that AKA’s Composure was better than Cass Dust2Dust. “@rashid_kay problem with SA hip hop, you guys lie too much. We will never forgive you for lying and said AKAs Composure was better than Cass D2D just because you’ll hated @casspernyovest.”
Responding to a Twitter user, Rashid Kay shared a very damning revelation in regards to the two heavyweight diss songs in SA hip hop. “First of all, I said “Composure” was a better song overall, and “Dust2Dust” was a better diss track. I don’t hate any artist, get that out of your thick skull before tweeting through your $h**hole.” Tweeted Rashid kay.
Even with all the tension that came out with the beef between Cassper and AKA, it cannot be denied that these two rappers have accelerated SA hip hop to a whole new level for the past decade.
