Flex Rabanyan Settles Beef With Reason

It all started as a tweet when Flex posted that he paid a Metro FM employee pay for play, but his song was never aired. Reason, like many other tweeps, saw a lot of flaws in the post. Flex was basically blaming himself and was asked if he would have sent that tweet if his song had been played with Reason expressing concern for the young MC.

Would I be wrong if I post about the guy who works at Metro FM who took R9,800 from me to playlist my song? ? ?,” tweeted Flex Rabanyan.

So… in other words… we wouldn’t know about this if your song was playlisted. This is like telling the cops about the robbery YOU GUYS did because your friend didn’t give you your cut. I’m really worried about you flex…” Reason responded.

Since the Twitter debacle, the two have been hostile with each other with Flex composing a diss song “For Whatever Reason” which was aimed at Reason. In the wake of the suicidal rate in the country, Flex Rabanyan and Reason have called to squash their beef.

Flex Rabanyan had ended the beef sometime in January even though Reason did not respond. The rapper called for a truce with a Reason and he highlighted that he respect him for everything he is doing for his family. “After seeing the recent suicide stats, I’d like to APOLOGIZE to Reason / Sizwe Alakine. I respect him for feeding his family and wish him the best in (the) future with Dj Maphorisa ❤️❤️❤️.” Wrote Flex.

The death of Riky Rick has brought enough reason for Reason to settled his beef with Flex. The rapper took o Twitter and mentioned that it’s time he calls for a truce with The Born Free hitmaker.

RIky’s death got me thinking that maybe it’s time to squash my beef with that other broer. ? Starting to feel like it’s not worth it to harbour bad energy till one of us dies. I mean. We ain’t gotta be friends. But we don’t need to be enemies neither.” Tweeted Reason.

The rapper and Amapiano hitmaker, also responded to Flex’s apology to which he did not respond the time it was posted. Reason admitted that he missed the post and he accepted the apology calling for a truce with Flex Rabanyan. “I completely missed your apology @1Rabayeezy . Thank you. We good. #SquashTheBeef,” tweeted Reason.
