Nadia Nakai Reveals How Being Disregarded By AKA Inspired Cassper To Take Her On. Award winning sassy rapper Nadia Nakai has come so far with her music, in the process she has faced challenges one of them being disregarded.

Back in 2015 AKA decided to give female rappers more exposure by scooping them for a remix of a single Baddest. The femcees who took turns dropping bars include Moozlie, Gigi Lamayne, Fifi Cooper and Rouge. Unfortunately Nadia Nakai wasn’t lucky enough to be picked even though she was moving in the same place as those who were selected.

On her latest interview with Khuli Chana Bragga expressed that she wasn’t picked on purpose for the Baddest feature and that inspired Cassper to give her more opportunities.

“when AKA released the baddest remix with all the female Emcees that made Cassper & TLee (Cass’s manager) more drawn to work with me because they felt I was left out on purpose,” she told Chana.

In 2019 Nakai expressed that she wasn’t friends with any female rappers in the industry. The More Drugs rapper has given out hints of where she stands with AKA, though she said it once that she wasn’t a person to inherit Mufasa’s beefs.

“He (Cass) advises me to never get involved because it’s not gonna be good for your spirit, two it’s gonna block your glances, three it’s not the energy you need to push,” she said talking about Mufasa during an interview on SlikourOnLife about inheriting beefs.
