Will Smith and Chris Rock have been making headlines since Smith smacked Rock in the face at the Oscars over a joke about Jada Smith. Cassper Nyovest, chimed in on the hot topic, saying he relates to Will Smith. This comes after AKA slapped the Doc Shebeleza hitmaker in 2015.
The long-running feud between Cassper Nyovest and AKA has been a big subject in SA hip hop for years. AKA allegedly strolled up to Nyovest in a Johannesburg nightclub in August 2015 and slapped him across the face, according to Nyovest.
Cassper took to Twitter and revealed that he can relate to the incident following Will Smith’s slap on Chris Rock. “I relate to Will Smith sooo much at this moment. I don’t condone smacking people, I just relate cause yo, people be talking crazy and just going on with they bad self. Ain’t spose to be like that mara if you can,just mize, if you can’t and you snap, forgive yourself, it happens.” Tweeted Cassper.
Cassper’s tweet didn’t sit well with most of the tweeps on the timeline. Many tweeps reacted angrily to Casper Nyovest‘s tweet, accusing him of making Will Smith’s Oscar dilemma about himself.
