Cassper Nyovest is looking forward to his April 8 boxing bout in Sun City, against NaakMusiQ. The stars have been revealing their workouts in anticipation of the fight for weeks, and Cassper has been confident in his ability to knock out his opponent.
Despite his emotional collapse following Riky Rick’s death, the rapper has made considerable improvement in his workouts leading up to his big celebrity boxing battle. Cassper took to Instagram and shared pictures of his before and after weight loss transformation.
Despite the fact that he was not mentally prepared and lacked desire during the course, the rapper complimented his trainers and nutrition team for assisting him in his physical transformation quest.
“I can’t explain how proud I am of myself. This was by far the hardest weight loss journey for me cause I have done this 3 times now and I now knew exactly what it would take for me to get back in shape. To be honest, mentally I didn’t feel like I was as strong as I once was and I was demoralized. It’s supposed to get easier by the day but it got harder and harder.” He wrote.
Cass revealed how his strong focus on his weight reduction makeover caused him to lose touch with important friends and family, and he promised never to be irresponsible with his body again. “Lost touch with a lot of relationships and people cause I just zoned into this goal I have and I had no time for anyone but myself. Looking at these pictures now I’m in awe of myself. I owe it to myself never to let myself go like that again” Wrote Cassper.
