Big Xhosa has been heavily criticized by other SA hip hop artists for his antics whilst some of the fans see him as a very energetic and entertaining rapper. Not only he has received some props from his loyal fans, but Big Xhosa might have caught the attention of one hip hop artist who has applauded his craft.

Taking to Twitter Gigi Lamayne posed a question on the timeline to her followers on what they think about Big Xhosa as an artist. “So what are your thoughts on Big Xhosa?“

With the response she was getting from her followers regarding Big Xhosa, Gigi clearly admitted that the Ninyile chanter shares a good relationship with his fans. “Okay people really like Big Xhosa hey ….” Tweeted Gigi.

With that in mind, Gigi went on and disclosed her own opinion on the role Big Xhosa plays in the game. Despite getting involved in a beef with other rappers, The Ice Cream muso made it clear via a tweet that she sees Big Xhosa as an entertainer. “I think he is quite the entertainer.” Tweeted Gigi Lamayne.

The rapper, who is from the Eastern Cape town of Cathcart, revealed that he wanted to perform something that would make people start rapping again. “I did not think that it would be as big as it is right now. I saw that the game is boring and I wanted to entertain people.” He said.
