The rapper received plaudits from his fans for his electrifying performance, but prior to that he also showered praises on the famed Amapiano DJ Uncle Waffles. The rapper took to Twitter and labelled the DJ as a unique star in the amapiano genre. “Waffles just has that thing. She’s a star. #CottonFest2022,” tweeted Cassper.

Responding to Cassper Nyovest‘s remarks on Uncle Waffles’ performance at CottonFest, one of the tweeps suggested that Cassper should sign the famed amapiano DJ under his Family Tree record label. “sign her under Family Tree please,” says the tweet.

The Doc Shebeleza hitmaker made it known that he won’t be signing her to his label. He mentioned that he would like to see Uncle Waffles flourish under Drake’s record label. “Nah… I wish and hope Drake signs he to OVO doe. That would be sooooo dope to see. That’s the move !!!” Tweeted Cassper.

Cassper Nyovest isn’t the only rapper who has been blown away by Uncle Waffles’ performances. Drake, the well-known US rapper, has also endorsed the amapiano DJ with a co-signing.
