Emtee Reacts To Being Named Hip Hop Artist Of The Year At The African Global Music Awards. South Africa’s rappers Emtee and A-Reece were nominated for the best Hip hop artists at the Global Music Awards Africa.

Emtee, who now runs his own record company after leaving AMbtiouZ entertainment in acrimony, was named the winner of the award. Taking to Instagram, Emtee shared a post that vividly indicated that he has emerged victorious in the prestigious African Global Music Awards. “You can’t take a good man down,” wrote Emtee on his Emtee Records Instagram page.

Emtee has won a slew of awards over his illustrious hip-hop career with Ambitiouz Entertainment. The brilliant rapper has accused Ambitiouz Entertainment of being persistent about not returning the several awards he had won while working with the record label.

“They decorate their homes and their offices, whilst my house is dry like I was never Emtee. Ngapha somehow I’m no longer verified and abahlali are told that I’m a druggy. No sir, just want what’s mine!” he insisted.

With all the challenges he has faced at the previous record label, The Hustla has hustled his way through and started his own record label. Emtee’s album Logan became the first album to be produced under Emtee Records and it has yielded success. The album has been nominated at the SA Hip Hop Awards and now he has won a prestigious award with Logan the album being the center of attraction at Emtee Records.
