The Boss has shown much love to the SA music industry by appreciating the talent of various artists. The likes of Kwesta, Priddy Ugly, Tshego, Cassper and Yanga Chief have all received their flowers from Rozay.

Responding to DJ Maphorisa who requested to have Rick Ross on Izolo Remix, NOTA went on and took a dig at rappers who are aiming to revive their careers through shoutouts. “Lol… Don’t do that to the kids, they are trying to revive their careers with shoutouts!” Tweeted NOTA.

Of all the rappers that have received a shout out from Rick Ross, Cassper Nyovest emerged to be the one who reacted to Rozay’s shout out. The Tito Mboweni hitmaker took to Twitter and shared a video clip of where Rick Ross mentioned his name during his shout to SA artists. “Who’s the King of this sh*t Ross?” Tweeted Cassper.

Following Cassper’s boxing match defeat against Naak, NOTA revealed that the defeat marked the end of Cassper’s career. “What we witnessed izolo (yesterday) was the end of Cassper’s rap career,” he said. “As a rapper, you cannot lose a fight, because as a rapper the only thing that can give you credibility is your masculinity you need to be the most macho man in the room, that’s why rappers say who killed who on a track,” NOTA explained.
