Pop Bottles Confirms Performing Acts For DJ Dimplez Tribute Concert. 1 May 2022 marks the return of the hip-hop event and festival Pop Bottles. This year’s concert will be without the event founder DJ Dimplez following his passing after he suffered a brain haemorrhage.
Pop Bottles Entertainment will commemorate DJ Dimplez‘s life with a tribute concert, remembering him for his profound contribution to South African hip hop and culture. The event organizers were yet to release the performing acts of the event after they announced the official date of the concert.
“Join us on the 1st of May as we celebrate the life of DJ Dimplez through an epic tribute concert”, Pop Bottles shared on their Instagram page. With the date of the tribute concert fast approaching, the Pop Bottles event organizers recently took to their Instagram page and shared the lineup of artists that will grace the day.
The performing acts have been released in two phases with hip hop artists, DJs and amapiano cats all available to perform on the day. “Your #POPBOTTLESTribute Concert entertainment team has been assembled. Take a look at the 1st phase lineup set for the 1st May 2022. Who are you amped to see play?” Wrote Pop Bottles on Instagram.
