After diving into the audience, the rapper put himself in jeopardy. And the unruly youngsters not only misbehaved with him but also robbed his shoes. AKA can be seen crowd-surfing at a crowded performance in Malawi in a video that has gone viral on social media.

The rapper was shoved around in the crowd, as seen by his expression. AKA vanishes at one point while hordes of fans throng near him, desperate to get a glimpse of their idol. He’s heard saying into his microphone, “Don’t take my sneakers.”

As AKA reappears, he is seen shoving away adoring onlookers. During the brawl, AKA’s costly watch was also yanked from his arm, according to iHarare News. The security personnel came to the rescue of the rapper as they pulled him back to the stage for his safety, but it was too little too late as he lost his costly belongings.

This is not the first time that AKA had a crowd-surfing gone wrong for him. The Dreamwork hitmaker is shown jumping into the audience at a performance in Rustenburg, in March 2020, only to land on the floor after supporters failed to pick up him!

AKA even took to social media after that embarrassing incident. “Just watched that video properly. That shit low key hilarious. TF was I thinking?! πŸ˜‚πŸ˜‚πŸ˜‚πŸ˜‚.” Tweeted AKA.
