The famed SA hip-hop radio DJ aired his grievances on Big Zulu being nominated for a few awards for the SAMAs28. DJ Zan-D mentioned that the Nkabi rapper could have been nominated more since he has been topping the charts for 2 years straight.
“Honestly, @BigZulu_ZN should have received a hand full of nominations in the SAMAs this year. This man has been topping charts for straight 2 years. What more should a man do? #SAMA28,” tweeted DJ Zan-D. It is public knowledge that Big Zulu has been dominating the SA hip hop ever since he made his cameo in the game.
The Nkabi records boss has been topping the charts on music streaming with songs like Ivolovolo, Mali Eningi, Umuzi eSandton and Sithi Shwi. Big Zulu may have been the biggest winner at the SAHHA, but the SAMAs28 appear to have a different viewpoint on the Zulu rapper. The rapper has been nominated in the music video category at the SAMAs28.
