On Sunday, June 26, celebrities descended upon the red carpet to commemorate this historic milestone, donning outfits that combined urban cool and elegant wear. That is exactly what you’d expect from the finest award ceremony on television.
Our very own SA rapper Moozlie also had her own fair share of the just-ended BET Awards experience. Moozlie took to Instagram and shared her experience in Los Angeles USA with some good-looking pictures of her rocking elegant South African-designed outfits. “Wearing Local in LA💚 @_lsjdesigns styled by @eric_thatboyy #BETAwards2022 || Shot by @djzinhle.” Wrote Moozlie.
Not only did Moozlie have a good time at the BET Red Carpet but the rapper also had some memorable experiences in the streets of LA. The rapper shared a video of her along with DJ Zinhle having a good time. Despite the Major League DJ not winning the International Act at the BET, it clearly shows that Moozlie had a good time with her peers.
The Major League DJs could not bring the award home after they fall behind the Nigerian native Tems. Her music has even piqued the interest of celebrities such as Adele, Rihanna, Drake, and Justin Bieber. She also featured on Fountains one of the tracks on Drake’s album Certified Lover Boy last year.
