Taking to Twitter, K.O defended himself after one of the fans accused him of putting his music career on hold from 2015 to 2017. The SkhandaWorld boss made it known that his new music is ready as he further admitted that he has a toxic relationship with SA hip-hop followers. “I respect that, my project is ready but I sadly have a toxic relationship with the SA audience.” Tweeted K.O.

K.O indicated that he has been accused of suppressing artists on his label because he has previously released more songs than them. The rapper described the scenario as strange, which has strained relations with some South African hip-hop fans.

“If I release more work compared to my guys (esp since I’m always well organized/prepared as an artist) then people claim I’m suppressing my artists. Weird position to be in.” K.O tweeted.

K.O once came to a decision that he will not sign any artists during the CashTime Life days. According to DRUM, the rapper stated that he has been labelled a bad guy after a mass exodus of artists at CashTime Life.

“I have no regrets but if I had focused on myself instead of trying to help others from the beginning, I would have been far with my career,” said K.O

“I will not be signing any more artists at CashTime Life. I don’t want to be responsible for anyone else. I want to focus on building my own brand,” he added.
