Taking to Twitter, DJ Jawz emerged as amongst the male hip hop DJs to shower praises on SA female rapper Rouge who he labelled as a great artist. The famed DJ made it clear that South Africa doesn’t deserve Rouge as he expressed his wish to witness the Mboko-Zaka hitmaker getting an international deal. “I don’t think South Africa deserves@Rouge_Rapper She’s too dope I pray she gets an international deal,” tweeted DJ Jawz.

Responding to Jawz, Rouge expressed what the affirmation made by the DJ meant to her as she expressed how much it means to her. “This means sooo much…. You don’t even know.. It reached me Jawz,” Rouge responded.

A few months back, Rouge announced that she has penned a recording deal with Warner Music South Africa. “ANNOUNCEMENTS I’M PROUD TO FINALLY ANNOUNCE I HAVE JOINED THE WARNER MUSIC SA GLOBAL FAMILY. NOW LETS FINALLY GIVE YALL THE MUSIC YALL BE BEGGING FOR.” Tweeted Rouge.

The rapper did not reveal many details concerning her deal but her fans should be on the lookout for brand new music from the acclaimed rapper. Rouge is one of the deserving SA female rappers for the crown because of her capacity to hold a note without overusing the auto-tune and outrap her contemporaries in rap abilities.

She asserts herself as one of the most proficient rappers in South African hip-hop.  She has already demonstrated her abilities by serving fiery flames on remixes of “Connect” by Ms. Cosmo, “Baddest” by AKA, and “Now Or Never” by DJ Switch.
