Cassper Makes A Heartfelt Admission Regarding Riky Rick. Riky Rick’s passing left a huge dent in the hearts of his peers in the SA music industry. The late rapper took away his own life after suffering from severe drepression.

Following a video that has been doing the rounds on Twitter of a fashion icon who recreated Riky Rick’s nice outfit, it got Cassper’s attention as he appreciated the gesture. The rapper did not shy away from mentioning that he loves the video as he expressed his love for Boss Zonke. “I love this video. Rest is peace to the most beautiful man I ever met. We love you Riky.” Cassper wrote.

The Doc Shebeleza hitmaker went on and made a heartfelt admission as he stated that he thinks about Riky Rick every day. “I think about Riky Rick every single day. Not a single day can go past without me thinking about him.” Cassper tweeted.

Cassper Nyovest and Riky Rick had their differences but the two sorted their issues after Cassper claimed that Riky wanted him to be the surprise act at CottonFest. “One of the reasons I don’t want to perform today is because Riky had actually planned to bring me up at Cotton Fest as a surprise act. For this to happen he hit me up all the time and I didn’t want to talk to him because I was still angry. But me and Riky spoke so many times because he always used to force me to talk to  [him]. I would like my brother to rest in peace,” Nyovest said during Riky Rick‘s memorial service.

Cassper Nyovest urged all artists to continue building on Riky Rick’s legacy and to prevent Cotton Fest from dying. “I think it is up to all of us to make sure that his legacy continues, starting with Cotton Fest. We have to make sure that it happens, and it has to happen annually.” He said.
