Fans of South African hip hop should be celebrating the release of the new song Ooh Aah, which includes some of the best rappers in the business with Riky Rick and Cassper dominating the track. Instead, the attention has been drawn to what Cassper said about Focalistic in the song.

Focalistic took to Instagram Live and reacts to what Cassper said in the song, as he mentioned that he does not owe the Tito Mboweni hitmaker for inspiring him. Focalistic’s response has stirred a never-ending conversation on whether Cassper threw a jab at him in the song.

Following a question posed on FreshmenMag on Instagram on whether Cass dissed Foca, the former went on and made it clear that he did not take a jab at Focalistic. “Wasn’t a jab at him but it looks like he took offence. Oh well 🤷🏾‍♂️ KE HIP HAAP DOGGO !!” Cassper responded.

The Doc Shebeleza chanter brags in his lyrics about having inspired several Mzansi stars, including Focalistic, and this has sparked a major spat between the two rappers.

“Hip-hop ain’t dead, it only dies when I say so. I put it in a coma so I can show you the game ain’t shit without the Don. I said put it in a coma and inspired every one of you n***gas including Foca, I’m too far!”, Cassper said in one of his verses. It meant to be seen how is their relationship is going to be like after this incident.
