Tumi Tladi’s Memorial Service Details Announced. Following the untimely passing of rapper and choreographer Tumi Tladi, SA hip hop has been given the opportunity to pay their last respect in a memorial service.

According to TshisaLive, a memorial service for the Presidential hitmaker will be held on July 15 in Johannesburg. Friends and relatives will attend to pay their respects to the celebrity. The passing away of Tumi sent a massive shock within the SA hip hop scene as the game has also lost Riky Rick, DJ Citi Lyts and DJ Dimplez this year.

While no specifics about his death have been released, and it has been rumoured on social media that he committed suicide, his family has sought confidentiality whilst they await an autopsy report. “The Tladi family humbly request privacy during their period of grieving and asks that you please keep them in your prayers. Tumi has been a massive contributor to SA hip hop with his big break coming in 2012 after he worked with Willow and Jaden Smith in the USA. Tumi released his first hip-hop song Punchline featuring Costa Titch in 2014, and his latest release Presidential was with Nadia Nakai and Mustbedubz.
