Big Xhosa Advises A-Reece On Why He Should Not Release His Album The Same month As His Debut Project
Big Xhosa Advises A-Reece On Why He Should Not Release His Album The Same month As His Debut Project. With summer fast approaching, SA hip-hop artists are not keeping their eyes off the ball as they prepare to release new joints before the year-end. The month of September is gearing up to welcome projects from some of the best in the rap game. The same thing can also be said for the coming month of October with the likes of A-Reece on the list of rappers who are releasing new music.
A-Reece is constantly reminding his fans on Twitter that he is about to release new music in the form of a weekly countdown. The Pretoria-based rapper shared on Twitter that only 6 weeks left for him to drop his body of work to close off what has been a successful year for him. “6 WEEKS,” tweeted A-Reece.
Responding to his peer in the game, Big Xhosa advised A-Reece that he should not drop his project the same month as his debut body of work. In a tweet, Big Xhosa claimed that all the attention will be on him and his project hence A-Reece must release his music next year so that it won’t flop.
“I suggest that you drop next year coz I’m also dropping my project 2 weeks before yours. So all the attention will be on me. I don’t want your album to flop because of me. That’s just my advice tho. See y’all on the 7th of October.” Tweeted Big Xhosa.
The Xhosa rapper recently announced the release date for his first-ever body of work in an emotional note he shared on his Instagram stories. “It’s finally happening, my first body of work titled “ALMOST TIME” is dropping on the 7th of October 2022. I’ve sat down on this for a long time overthinking it.
“This contains moments of pain, laughter, fear and sadness and making something out of nothing with nothing. Now to all my supporters thank you for your patience, the time has arrived and I would love for you to spread this to the world with me and share everywhere.. You all I got.” He wrote.
