Cassper Reacts To ‘Siyathandana’ Amassing Significant Milestone On The Music Charts. Following the mass exodus of SA rappers moving to the amapiano genre, Cassper Nyovest was one of them who grabbed the opportunity to be involved in the yanos sound.
The rapper joined forces with Abidoza and Boohle and created one of the best amapiano songs in ‘Siyathandana.’ The song has been successful and that has propelled excitement within Cassper Nyovest’s fans. This came after one of Cass’s Twitter followers expressed excitement that the song has reached 17 million views on YouTube. “And look Siyathandana is on 17 million views now,” read the tweet.
Responding to the tweet, Cassper did not only take the credit for the success of the song, rather he acknowledged Boohle and Abidoza who were also major players in the successes of Siyathandana. “Classic. Effortless. Shout out Buhle and Doza.” Cassper tweeted.
In another tweet, Cassper reacted to Siyathandana occupying the number 2 spot on the SA Radio Chart after being released in a year as he label it a classic song. “Thats crazy. Its still one of the most played songs on radio after a year ? Come on now. Classic song.” Tweeted Cassper.
Despite the success of Siyathandana. Cassper and Boohle were at loggerheads over how the song was composed. When questioned about the song’s structure, which drew a lot of attention because many thought Cassper was more like a featured artist, Boohle stated on the Podcast With MacG that Cassper solely penned his verse. “He only came with his verse. I wasn’t even there,” said Boohle.
Responding to Boohle’s remarks about the composition of the song, the self-proclaimed Don Billiato expressed his disappointment as he refused to share how the song was made. “This is so disappointing and I’ve watched it a few times.
