Emtee Reacts To Big Zulu Announcing His Upcoming Single Featuring Nasty C & Patoranking
Emtee Reacts To Big Zulu Announcing His Upcoming Single Featuring Nasty C & Patoranking. For the past weeks, it has been a never-ending debate on whether it was Big Zulu or Cassper Nyovest who sparked the conversation in SA hip hop following the release of the 150 Bars diss track.
Big Zulu’s diss track appeared to have been more about promoting his upcoming record with Nasty C and Patoranking than it was about offending anyone in South African hip hop. Taking to Twitter, the Zulu rapper announced the release date of his single and that has prompted excitement amongst Big Zulu’s fans.
Big Zulu tweeted; “Nkabi Nation👑Uthando Lunye👑 Kumnyama kubovu iyaphuma ingoma enkulu this Friday 🔥ngiyathemba ukuth nizoyithokozela🙏🏿2 Days to Go.” This translate to; “Nkabi Nation 👑 One Love 👑 It’s dark, there’s a big song coming out this Friday 🔥 I hope you enjoy it 🙏🏿 2 Days to Go“
Even though the 150 Bars was not meant to offend anyone Emtee was one of the rappers who took offence to the Zulu rapper’s diss track. Emtee went on and responded to Big Zulu’s announcement of his upcoming single. The Hustler stated that Big Zulu’s clout chasing he did with his 150 Bars has helped him to promote the upcoming single. “Ik’sizile ke leya clout ubuyigijimisa,” which translate to; “That clout you were chasing has helped,” tweeted Emtee.
This is not the first time Emtee has ridiculed Big Zulu for chasing clout. The rapper stated that Big Zulu’s diss track is all about chasing clout as he questioned whether it was the so-called hip-hop comeback. “Chasing clout is the new “hip hop revival” yall be yapping about?” Tweeted Emtee.
Emtee also issued a warning to any rapper considering disparaging him in a diss track. . “If one more dirty Wack back pack rappin bitch diss me…” Tweeted Emtee.
