During an interview on MyDmPodcast, NOTA claimed that Nasty C‘s will not make it in his American dream as he advised that the Durban rapper must do Amapiano. “These rappers are all gonna die unless they hop onto the sound,” he said. “The n**gas that started hopping onto the sound, the Blxckies, the YoungStunnas, the K.Os now, are the ones who are surviving, they are the one on top of the charts and I said that sh*t,” he claimed.

NOTA went on to claim that he was the one behind the idea that rappers must jump into the Amapiano wave. “I said yo this is the blueprint, so I cut off n**gas balls until they hear what I said, you understand, I cut them off.

He added; “I said I’m gonna cut your sh*t off coz you guys don’t wanna listen you wanna try it out you wanna be in Atlanta the whole entire f*cking time. You gonna see this n*gga Nasty C, he is not gonna make it in his American dream of his, he is not gonna make it, its a nightmare, I’m telling you,” he said.

Nasty C is currently in the USA seeking to work with other upcoming artists in the States. The rapper took to Instagram and announced that he is in LA to complete his album and at the same time looking to link up with other artists since he is inspired by USA music.

Sup, my name is Nasty C all the way from SA. I’m in LA right now trying to link up with many artists as I can. I’m actually here to finish my album. I have always told my label I want to work with artists in this country cos a lot of music here inspires my music. I want to be a part of the culture as I reach out to all artists not necessarily those who have made it but of the same calibre as his.” He said.
