Drake’s “VIEWS” Certified Double Platinum

Drake’s fourth studio album titled “Views album is certified Double Platinum. After it sat at the top of Billboard’s Top 200 albums chart for the sixth week in a row, the RIAA says that Drake’s VIEWS is certified double platinum.

The album has now sold more than two million units. It sold its first million in the span of a week after its April release. Drakes has come in the game to destroy all the records set by all those that came before him.

To date, the single “Hotline Bling” is five times platinum. Another cut from VIEWS, “One Dance,” was Drizzy’s first to top the Hot 100 Chart. He is in the company of Eminem and 50 Cent for his chart achievements with the project. The RIAA changed its rules in February to include streams in its certification process.
