One might even ask why this sudden difference is now happening and even SA radio personality Sizwe Dhlomo has also shared the same sentiment on his Twitter timeline. The well-known Sizwe Dhlomo shared with his followers whether they have noticed that most artists are now making songs that are shorter than what they used to be back in the day. “Have you guys noticed that artist are now making their songs roughly 2:40 minutes long?” Tweeted Sizwe.

In response, one of the tweeps could not agree with him as he referenced to YoungstaCPT’s music which is slightly longer than the above-mentioned minutes. @YoungstaCpt makes sure he hits 7:52! That’s why I enjoy his music! It’s him & Lupe.” Read the tweet.

YoungstaCPT joined the conversation, stating that he is not sure if Sizwe Dhlomo does know him and his music. “I don’t think Sizwe even knows who I am,” YoungstaCPT responded.

YoungstaCPT is one of the most recognised rappers in Capetown and Mzansi as a whole. The rapper has collaborated with some of the big-name rappers in the game, with the likes of Stogie T, Riky Rick, Kwesta Big Zulu and others.
