Nasty C Reveals How He Spent His First Big Cheque & How He Lost His First Rolex Watch. Too often, we hear about artists squandering their advance funds. Many artists do it, only to regret it later and Nasty C has experienced both sides of the coin.
In a street walk interview with Siage Jones in New York, the award-winning rapper revealed how he spent his big cheque as well as losing his first rolex watch. This came after Saige asked the rapper if he remembers how he spend his first big cheque. “Do you remember like your first big cheque or a few cheques was there anything noteworthy that you did with your first big cheque,” asked Siage Jones.
In response, Nasty C stated that he bought an apartment which was a good thing and he also bought a Rolex watch which he described as a stupid buy because he ended up losing it. “I bought an apartment that I’m leasing out, that I’ve been leasing out, so that was my first key,” he said. “My terrible one was buying an expensive watch, but it did what I wanted it to do you know, I wanted a Rolex, so I bought it I wanted that kind of satisfaction in my garden.”
On how he lost his Rolex watch Nasty C said; It wasn’t necessary at all, it was stupid and I lost it, I didn’t lose it, I got robbed, it was like a house invasion, and I’m just like man that was dumb.”
The Zulu Man With Some Powers hitmaker has been having a good time in the USA and before he left, he met one of the best US rappers in Wale and they had a studio session together. There have been no updates on whether the two rappers will be dropping a song together, but we might only hope for surprises when Nasty C releases his album next year.
