NOTA Drags AKA After Lemons (Lemonade) Tops Radio Charts. AKA has been having a joyride lately after Lemons (Lemonade) topped the radio charts. The success of AKA’s single has instilled a good vibe since the rapper is on the verge of releasing his album “Mass Country.”
Taking to Twitter AKA could not hold back his excitement as his single featuring Nasty C topped the radio charts. “TODAY WE OFFICIALLY HAVE THE BIGGEST SONG ON SA RADIO … what a long fight it’s been. MEGACY OVER EVERYTHING. GOD IS GREAT,” he tweeted.
Reacting to AKA’s euphoria towards the success of his single, NOTA took to Twitter and claimed that the award-winning rapper sharing a fake radio chart. The controversial music executive mentioned that AKA shared a radio chart which expired on Tuesday.
“My wife has spent more weeks at #1 this decade that AKA, Black Motion & DJ Zinhle combined… It’s sad to see Kiernan making fake radio charts on Wednesday because he was #1 up to Tuesday & the chart is from Friday to Thursday each week, where he last topped the chart with FREE.”
NOTA also stated in another tweet that AKA’s fans should not troll him for his comments in order to prove him wrong. Baloyi boasted that he is an expert for a reason, and Lemons Lemonade is yet to overtake SETE for first place on the radio chart.
“If AKA’s music doesn’t impress let me state that without have his entire stan base trolling my comments trying to prove me wrong… I’m an EXPERT for a reason. I don’t just hypothesise without actually knowing what I’m talking about. Just turn lemons into lemonade & enjoy number2!” Tweeted NOTA.
It came to light that AKA and NOTA are not on good terms. In an interview, AKA claimed that Baloyi tried to destroy him during the time he was mourning the passing of his fiance. AKA claimed that NOTA exploited what he observed in his home to discredit his reputation.
He used all of that information I gave as a friend to try and destroy me, so for me, I think I’m a better Christian now, I have really found a lot of solace in God over the last year or so,” he said.
