Yanga celebrates

Yanga Chief Finally Accumulates His First Million From UTatakho. After winning awards and expanding his brand Yanga finally joined the Million club with his hit single uTatakho.

The single has won the rapper the title of Song Of The Year at the SA Hip Hop Awards 2019, after that he released a remix which was featured on yet another award winning album Becoming A Popstar. After releasing the original single Chief came through with UTatakho remix  featuring Boity, Riky Rick, and Dee Koala Chief which has recently gained over a million views on YouTube.

Speaking to Riky Rick the 200 rapper stated that the single for him wasn’t motivated by the fact that he has a father or is a father.

“I made a song called Tatakho, I don’t have a father. I am not a father. At the time when I made it I had no experience. The role and importance of fatherhood like I also have the same problems. I have a brother who is a year older than me,I remember when I was a kid I wanted to learn how to drive but my brother did. I was in the backseat while they were teaching him.”

As much he felt he got to grasp how to drive, when it was his time to be taught he claimed his father told him to ask his brother to teach him.

“And that’s how the rest of my life was with my dad when he was around,” said Yanga.
