With all the good music he has created and all the awards he has won for himself through the good music he makes, the rapper stated that he doesn’t like listening to his music being played when he is around.

Taking to Twitter, the award-winning rapper mentioned that he doesn’t want to hear any of his music. “Don’t play my music round me. I ain’t try a hear none of that,” tweeted Emtee. The rapper retweeted the same tweet which argued that people have different choices. “Asifani singabantu,” he tweeted, which translates to “We are not the same people.”

The rapper has gone through a topsy-turvy experience in SA hip hop with never-ending debacles with former record label Ambitiouz Entertainment but he has outgrown every situation and managed to stand on his own. Ivangeli is the latest project he has been pushing at Emtee Records with Lolli Native who is the only artist signed at the stable yet.

The Roll Up hitmaker may not have issued his own music project this year, but he has played an important part in delivering features on a number of tracks. As a result, he has become one of the most sought-after rappers for collaborations.
