Cassper Triumphs In Another Iconic Fill Up
Cassper Triumphs In Another Iconic Fill-Up. As all roads led to Mafikeng on Saturday, Cassper Nyovest real name Refiloe Phoolo, promised the people of his hometown a memorable show in his traditional Fill-Up concert.
The celebrated rapper brought the well-known event to Mafikeng, where a large crowd filled Mmabatho Stadium. Taking to Twitter after the event, Cassper could not hold his joy and expressed his gratitude to all the fans who attended the event.
The award-winning rapper revealed that the event had many issues but he had the last laugh as he emerged triumphant. In his tweet, Cassper also hinted at a possible Fill Up next year, and that is yet to be seen if the rapper will deliver yet again.
“This event had so many issues I can’t even start to explain. The fact that this event even happened was a miracle. Thank you so match for your support. I am nothing but grateful. I am humbled and overwhelmed. I wanna come back next year. Y’all coming ??? #FillUpMmabathoStadium.” Tweeted Cassper.
Nyovest debuted the now-successful Fill Up campaign in 2015 when he played to sold-out audiences at Johannesburg’s The Dome, followed by a similar performance in Soweto’s Orlando Stadium in 2016. In addition to performing at the FNB Stadium in 2017, the rapper also performed at the Moses Mabhida Stadium in Durban in 2018, the Royal Bafokeng Stadium in Rustenburg in 2019, and the FNB Stadium in 2019 before the Covid-19 hit.
The rapper received praise from his fans and industry friends for delivering yet another iconic event. Following the passing away of his friend DJ Sumbody, Cassper ended the concert by paying his tribute to DJ Sumbody who was brutally killed last month.
