Jub Jub Dismisses Accusations Made Against Him By His Business Partner. Jub Jub has been currently enjoying a good spell with his controversial TV show Uyajola 9/9 as he skimmed away from all the bad press after he accused ex-wife Kelly Khumalo of witchcraft.
The Ndikhokhele chanter has once again landed in hot water after being accused of abuse by his business partner. Jub Jub took to social media and denied the accusation levelled against him by his business partner Keabetswe Mokoena.
This came after The Citizen published a story over the weekend claiming that Jub Jub was accused of disrespecting Mokoena and even using a derogatory term about her mother’s privates.
The two were working together to host an event on December 3 and 4 at Moruleng Stadium. The event was then cancelled after Jub Jub’s ordeal with his business partner with. The rapper released a statement refuting the accusations and labelling them “untrue.”
“It has been brought to my attention that there are certain allegations leveled against me by an individual I believed to be my business partner with regards to the Moses Kotane Arts festival,” said the controversial rapper in a statement.
“I’m not prepared to say much, except that the allegations are not true. When I started the project my vision was to uplift the arts and mend broken dreams in the community of Moses Kotane, where a lot of young people have lost hope. I thought that collaborating with certain individuals would make the vision tangible, but it certainly didn’t,” read part of the statement.
Jub Jub claimed that he first desired to withdraw himself from the event’s planning because of concerns about fraud, misappropriation of finances, and abuse of artists. In addition, he alleged that Mokoena had tarnished his reputation by falsely using his name to steal money from influential figures.
“I believe in doing business with honesty and integrity and hence I removed myself from all preparations As for my fans and fellow associates, I hold you with high regard and sincerely apologize for the inconveniences caused as you all fall collateral to this internal fallout.”
