K.O. shared his grief on social media, saying he couldn’t believe he was posting a condolence message following the tragic passing of Kiernan Forbes. “Exactly seven days ago AKA and myself were in the studio recording a precursor single to our long overdue collaborative tape. Seven days later I can’t believe I’m here making this post. Rest in heaven dear friend, king, legend, icon, GOAT. Love you for life,” he wrote.

The clip of AKA and K.O. in the studio sparked a lot of excitement among SA hip-hop enthusiasts, and now there’s a lot of buzzes about when the song will be released. Taking to Twitter, one of K.O.’s fans asked the veteran when the song of him and AKA will be released.

@MrCashtime i hope you gon drop that joint of you & @akaworldwide you wss recording b4 he passed away. Plzzzzz we really need to hear it, to honour him. 🙏🙏🙏🙏 As you had said it was the long overdue collabo,” read the tweet.

In response, K.O. stated that at this moment in time, fans should enjoy the Mass Country album and stream up the numbers. The rapper said that his joint with AKA will be out when the time is right. “MassCountry is fresh out, let’s continue running up the streams on that. The song we did will come out when the time is right,” 🙏🏾 tweeted K.O.

K.O. was accused by Nota of being in cahoots with the murderers who killed the Supa Mega. In retaliation, Mr Cashtime stated that he has directed his attorneys to charge one of those who have implicated him in AKA’s assassination. “Stop playing with innocent people’s names and lives for clout unless you have proven facts and motive. My lawyers rightfully summoned one of you already. We’re all hurting and mourning, but don’t spice up your ‘grief’ and public spats with my name for the sake of trending.”
