Nota Retracts His Accusations Against AKA’s Friend Don Design. AKA’s father, Tony Fobes, spoke to the media on Tuesday in Johannesburg and urged people not to discuss what transpired on social media, especially while authorities are still investigating. This came after Don Design was accused of playing a part in AKA‘s murder following the release of a CCTV footage.
Nota Baloyi was one of the people who came and accused AKA’s DJ of being in cahoots with the people who took away Kiernan’s life. The controversial music executive did not only name Don Design on his list of suspects but he also included K.O’s brother Siya.
“DURBAN we don’t want your f*cking AKA tributes… We want answers. Who ordered this hit, and who are the shooters? Everyone but Tibz & the driver, was part of the set-up so Kiernan’s crew need to each individually prove themselves INNOCENT beyond a reasonable doubt. Until we have confessions MY suspects are Saso, DJ Feel, Don Design & Scorpio Siya.” He wrote.
Following the memorial service for the slain rapper, Nota took to Instagram and reversed his accusation towards Don Design. “Don didn’t pull the trigger, Don didn’t order a hit, Don didn’t incite any revenge Don was with AKA until the bitter end, he doesn’t deserve this sh*t… Megacy give the mastermind hell & wish the SOLID OAKS well. The truth will come to light, the lion sleeps tonight!” Wrote Nota.
Not only has he retracted his accusations towards Don Design, but Nota has also reversed the accusations he made towards Amazulu FC and the football club president Sandile Zungu. This came after Nota was served with a lawsuit and asked to apologize.
