Taking to Facebook, A-Reece has expressed how proud he is of the people of his hometown for their contribution to the culture. This goes to everyone who participates in the rap game from fans to the rappers who have been making big moves in the game. “just wanna say I’m proud of how far my city has come and what it’s doing for the culture. shout out to everyone from PRETORIA doing their thing right now. WIN !” Wrote A-Reece.

Not only A-Reece has given props to the people of Pretoria for their contribution to the SA rap game. But Priddy Ugly has also been vocal about how Pretoria has been making an impact on the rap culture in South Ah.

The father of one said that Pretoria has been carrying SA hip hop for a while as he give a shout to the artists and the fans at large. “As a community PTA has been carrying RAP for a while, the artists & the supporters, big up yourselves,” tweeted Priddy Ugly.

At the SA Hip Hop Awards last year, the city proved to be the best as the likes of Thato Saul, Mashbeatz and 25K walked away with the biggest awards of the night. Thato Saul won the Best Album, Best Freshman Of The Year and Best Remix Of The Year. 25K walked away with the Best Remix Of The Year for Never Ride Remxi featuring various artists.
