During that time when he need friends and relatives to pull him out of the misery he was going through, the Supa Mega acknowledged that Costa Titch is one of the artists who put so much effort into helping him survive depression and revived his career.

Speaking in an interview with SA Hip Hop Mag, AKA stated that Costa Titch is the one who initiated the making of their joint album ‘You’re Welcome.’ “The stuff with Costa, for me it was about Costa pulling me out of my house saying come on man we need you,” he said.

AKA said that his joint album with Costa might not have been the best project, but it was a very good starting point to be where he was musical until he passed away. “Although it might not be the best project, it is very vital to where we are today, those projects help me to get where I am today. Help me get firing again and help me pull me out of my depression and get back into where I need to be,” AKA said.

AKA and Costa Titch have all passed away, leaving a legacy that will forever be cherished in the SA music industry. AKA was gunned down in Durban last month, and a few days ago marked a month after his passing. At that moment, South Ah was overshadowed with a dark cloud as reports came in that Costa Titch collapsed on stage and died.
