Taking to Twitter, Rouge is one of the people who are still in disbelief and trying to come to terms with the passing of AKA. “They really killed Kiernan,” wrote rapper Rouge. Fans of AKA are calling for justice for his brutal murder and the current occurrence in his case turned into a disappointment.

This came after it was reported that the police released the purported suspects that were arrested in Capetown. Even though it might be a rough patch for everyone who was close to Kiernan and his music, some rappers have decided to celebrate his life and honour his legacy.

AKA and Rouge shared a great working relationship and they managed to work on a song together titled ‘One By One.’ After learning about Kiernan’s death, Rouge took to Instagram and expressed how the slain rapper changed her life by giving her a chance in the cutthroat rap industry.

None of this feels real. Kiernan, you were something else. I’m blessed to have had the chance to be around you. You had been nothing but incredible to me since the very first day you met me. You literally gave me a chance when nobody cared and you changed my life. You always showed up for me from day one.” Wrote Rouge.

Your calls were always funny and losing fifa against you one of my favourite times lol. Not many got to see the goofy caring side of such a legend. All you ever did was make me laugh and be so kind and guide me as a mentor. Prayers go out to your loved ones. I love you Supa Mega. Changed my life. Rest easy king. Long Live Super Mega.”
