T-Effect Director Nivo Slams Lucasraps After His Remarks On Amapiano
T-Effect Director Nivo Slams Lucasraps After His Remarks On Amapiano. It’s not all the time that you make remarks on social media platforms mostly on Twitter and get away with it. This has been the case for the Durbn rapper Lucasraps.
Talk of having a long day, Lucasraps might be having one right now after his remarks on Amapiano. The Durban rapper set the timeline lit after stating that the Yanos music is boring. Not only did his remarks trigger the fans, but the people who work on the music also took offence.
Taking to Twitter, T-Effect Creative Director Nhlanhla Nivo Ndimande could not allow Lucasraps to get away with his comment towards the Amapiano sounds. Nivo challenged the rapper to release fresh music so that they could assess the viability of his strategy after accusing him of clickbait to resurrect his dead rap career.
“Tweet like this to clickbait & attempt to resurrect your dead career… Drop fire next and let’s see if this lil plan of yours works,” Nivo tweeted. Nivo has contributed immensely to the SA music industry as he has worked with both SA rappers and Amapiano artists such as Musa Keys.
The Creative Director has also worked with the late prominent rapper AKA and he played a huge part in the posthumous Mass Country album. Following the passing of AKA, Nivo remarked that he believes the slain rapper was spiritually aware that Mass Country was his last album.
“That’s why I’m like spiritually he kind of knew. Kiernan’s never submitted an album so early in his life. ‘Bhovamania’ was submitted at 9 pm for a midnight drop. Spiritually, he knew, even if he didn’t know consciously,” Nivo said.
